About Le George Mediterranean Bistro
At Le George we perceive "another" cuisine libanaise where creativity weds tradition, where the ancient "saverurs of the Orient", the colors of today and the forms of tomorrow come together to stimulate the senses. Upon designing the place, our objective was to create a lieu that resembles the Beirut we love: cosmopolitan, modern, bubbly, creative, and generous.
